At Luvre-Dublin, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Return

You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not.

It is not permitted to order multiple sizes intentionally with the purpose of returning part of the order.
Return Process

Register your return via info@Luvre-Dublin.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China) from us.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
After the item has been received at the return address and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
